Terms and Conditions – dynamic-qr.pl
Before using the dynamic-qr.pl Service, Users are required to read these Terms and Conditions.
I. Definitions
- Service provider – Aleh Belahlazau, Kraków 31-215, ul. Żabiniec 77/4. NIP: 9452262766, Regon: 523352122.
- Service – the online application at https://dynamic-qr.pl along with its components.
- Service (the provided services) – any service provided via the website.
- Terms and Conditions – these rules for using the Service.
- Pricing – the pricing list of services available on the website.
- Agreement – the service provision agreement concluded via the Service between the Service Provider and the Client.
- Client – a business user of the Service (not a Consumer), including legal persons or organizational units.
- Client Account – a section of the Service accessible after user authentication.
- Package – a specific scope of services for a period of 1 or 12 months.
- Registration – the process of creating a Client Account.
- GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.
- User – the Client or authorized employee with access to the Client Account.
II. General Provisions
These Terms define the electronic service provision and use of the Service. They are not intended for Consumers.
III. Scope of Services
- Access to both free (trial) and paid services including dynamic QR code creation.
- The trial service scope may be changed at any time.
- Paid service scope depends on the selected package (see Pricing).
IV. Agreement and Trial Period
- The Agreement is concluded upon completing the registration form, accepting the Terms, and confirming via email.
- Agreements are valid for 30 days (trial), 1 or 12 months.
- Trial starts with registration and lasts 30 days with basic functionality.
- The Client may upgrade or discontinue at any time during the trial.
- The trial period scope may be changed at any time.
- Paid agreements may be concluded during or after the trial.
- Using the trial does not oblige the Client to switch to paid plans.
V. Ordering and Payments
- Clients choose the package type and duration (1 or 12 months) via the order form.
- Prices are in PLN and net amounts.
- Payments via bank transfer or PayU.
- Online payments take up to 15 minutes; bank transfers up to 24 hours.
- Service activates or renews upon payment confirmation.
- VAT invoice is sent via email within 7 days.
- Account is deactivated after paid period ends unless renewed.
- A new order/invoice is generated 7 days before expiry (non-binding).
- Unpaid orders for 30 days are marked as canceled.
- No refunds are issued if the Client discontinues or violates the Terms.
VI. Termination of Agreement
- Both parties may terminate with 30-day notice.
- Termination must be sent via email.
- Immediate termination applies for violations of section VII.
- Service ends upon expiration, request, or violation of law/Terms.
VII. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and updated personal and account data.
- Only one account per Client is allowed.
- Client is responsible for all content and actions in their account.
- Client must:
- Comply with the Terms,
- Only enter authorized data,
- Use the Service properly,
- Keep login data secure,
- Not post unlawful or inappropriate content.
- Violations may result in account blocking and immediate termination.
VIII. Service Provider Liability
- The Provider ensures secure and continuous operation of the Service.
- The Provider is not liable for:
- Client-entered data,
- Third-party rights violations,
- Account blocking or removal due to violations,
- Improper use of the Service,
- Force majeure or external factors beyond control.
- Liability is limited to what is required by law.
IX. Technical Requirements and Support
- Use requires a computer with internet access, email, and a modern browser.
- The Client is responsible for access and technical costs.
- Technical support is available via email during the Agreement term.
X. Complaints
- Report issues via email: [email protected].
- Complaints are resolved within 30 days.
- Additional explanation may be requested from the Client.
XI. Personal Data and Privacy
- The Provider is the controller of personal data for the services.
- Data is protected according to GDPR.
- SSL encryption is used for protection.
- Users can access, edit, and request deletion of their data.
- Privacy Policy contains more legal details (available on the website).
- The Client must keep their data updated.
XII. Final Provisions

- The Provider may amend the Terms at any time.
- Pricing and other documents may override these Terms.
- Changes will be published and emailed 30 days in advance.
- Clients not accepting changes may request account deletion within 15 days.
- In absence of a request, changes are deemed accepted.
- Polish law applies, including:
- Civil Code,
- Electronic Services Act (18 July 2002),
- Consumer Rights Act (30 May 2014),
- Copyright and Related Rights Act (4 February 1994),
- Other applicable Polish laws.
